Green Fem priorities 5 areas of interventions i.e, Social, Technical, Marketing, Infrastructure and Financial Intervention. It aims at fulfilling the major objectives of the policy initiatives by creating economically sustainable livelihoods for rural women artisans through establishing the producer organization for promotion of Jute Products and Handicrafts with a view to enhance their socio economic standards and upholding the richness of environment.

Advanced Jute Bag Training
"An in-depth training program covering jute bag design, raw material selection, efficient material use, size variations, utility item production, and color coordination, tailored to help aspiring women entrepreneurs to establish a successful jute manufacturing unit."
Paper Bag Making Training
The Paper Bag Making Training program offers hands-on experience in crafting eco-friendly paper bags, covering essential topics such as paper selection, design, cutting, folding, and assembly techniques. Participants will acquire the skills necessary to produce paper bags for various purposes, making it a valuable resource for Women entrepreneurs and environmentally-conscious individuals looking to set-up paper bag making unit.
Aari & Embroidery Training
Aari work and embroidery courses provide extensive training in decorative needlework, covering tools, stitches, and design principles for intricate fabric embellishments. These courses offer hands-on experience in both basic and advanced techniques, empowering participants to establish their own aari and embroidery units, turning their skills into creative businesses.
Business Skill Development Programs
Business Skill Development Program is aimed at enhancing the business knowledge and hands-on expertise. It covers core business concepts, specialized skills like Digital Marketing, Risk Management, Business Plan Preparation, soft skills - Self Analysis, Communication skills, Critical Thinking, Creativity, Public Speaking and So on, leading to improved women entrepreneurial empowerment.
